STEM GENOMICS

Description

Stem Genomics provides specific services to assess the genetic integrity of stem cells. They offer a range of tests that use digital PCR and a panel of specific probes to detect most of the recurrent genetic abnormalities observed in stem cells (PSCs and MSCs). This innovation, called iCS-digital (in Culture Supernatant digital PCR), is rapid, robust, and cost-effective, it can be performed on cell culture supernatant. It is particularly interesting for regularly monitoring stem cell lines in culture as well as for screening large numbers of clones, e.g., CRISPR-edited clones or human iPSC clones after reprogramming.
